We pride ourselves in providing accurate information and prompt excellent service to all of our Korth Group Leupold Customers in Canada.

If you have any concerns regarding your Leupold Products, please contact our Korth Group Canadian Service Technician to find out if the problem can be resolved without sending the product for repairs or send an Email explaining the issue to: info@korthgroup.com.

In many cases the issue can be resolved without sending the product to our Repair Facility in Canada. Our Service Technician is qualified to Leupold’s Highest Standards to provide helpful and knowledgeable information and respond to any issues or questions you may have regarding your Leupold Product. Our Service Technician is available Monday to Friday weekly by sending an email to: info@korthgroup.com.

Follow these steps when sending your Product in for Service:

  1. Remove rings, covers, and any other accessories.
  2. Record Serial Number & Model of Product for safe keeping.
  3. Include a Sheet of Information with your: Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Email [if available] as well as the Reason for the Product Service Work.
  4. If available use the original package to ship your product.
  5. Ship Product via Canada Post and obtain a tracking number for your reference.
  6. Our Service Technician will contact you for payment information if required.
