To become an Authorized Dealer, your business must have an exclusive Retail location. You must also reside in Canada; Korth Group Ltd does not distribute or sell products outside of Canada. The following criteria is essential to your application:

1. Your Retail location requires adequate Store Hours and Staff available during those hours of operation.
2. Proof of a business license to Retail Products in your respective Province.
3. You will require an established Credit History within the industry and maintain exemplary credit standing.
4. As an Authorized Dealer with Korth Group Ltd, you would be expected to order and maintain representative inventory of all product lines distributed by Korth Group.
5. All Authorized Dealers must adhere to the Korth Group Ltd policies and procedures.
6. Information regarding our Payment Terms, Shipping Terms and Methods, Pricing, Warranties, etc will be provided by your Sales Representative once your account has been established.
7. Korth Group Ltd will not do business with any individual or company who does not have a Retail Store Location and whose business is solely e-commerce.
8. Our Sales & Marketing Team will do a pre-assessment of your business before a final approval of becoming an Authorized Dealer of Korth Group Ltd product lines in Canada.
