As well as being the Importer/Distributor for Leupold Products in Canada, Korth Group is the contact for Leupold Product Warranty, Service & Technical Information across Canada. We pride ourselves in providing accurate information and prompt, excellent service to all of our Korth Group Leupold Customers in Canada.

If you have any concerns regarding your Leupold Products, refer to our FAQ's or contact 1-800-LEUPOLD to find out if the problem can be resolved. In many cases the issue can be resolved without sending the product to our Repair Facility in Canada. Our Service Technician can provide helpful and knowledgeable information and respond to any issues or questions you may have regarding your Leupold Product.

Follow these steps when sending your Product in for Service:

  1. Remove rings, covers, and any other accessories.
  2. Record Serial Number & Model of Product for safe keeping.
  3. Include a Sheet of Information with your: Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Email [if available] as well as the Reason for the Product Service Work.
  4. If available, use the original package to ship your product.
  5. Ship Product via Canada Post and obtain a tracking number for your reference.
  6. Our Service Technician will contact you for payment information if required.
